-Provide pre-sales technical support and technical expertise to our customers and
partners
-Perform hands-on work with customers during product evaluations and post-sales
-Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs,
and network deployments using new products and feature
-Create design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers for the networks
they support
-Provide feedback to product management and engineering
-Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services

-Providing technical support across the company(STADLER RAIL)
-Creating, processing and solving tickets through the Ticketing System.
-Installing and configuring software, systems, printers and scanners
-Configuring and troubleshooting the main applications in STADLER(Citrix, ERP Systems,
PLM Systems, DOORS).
-Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
-Providing desktop and server support
-Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
-Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DFS,
SharePoint.
-Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
-Training junior staff members
-Setting up accounts for new users
-Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date
